Ingredients
2 oz. vodka
1/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Press Play Rosé
2 oz. club soda
Directions
Combine cold rosé, simple syrup, vodka, and club soda in a chilled glass. Delicately swirl the glass to mix contents, and you’re done. Enjoy!
Rosé Spritzer
Servings: 1
Ingredients
3 oz. Dark Horse rosé
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 strawberries, halved
1 lemon wheel
1 bottle club soda
Strawberry and mint sprigs, to garnish
Directions
Gently muddle the strawberries and lemon wheel in a stemless wine glass so the juices and flavour are released. Add the simple syrup and rosé wine; then fill the glass with ice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish the spritzer with a strawberry and a mint spring.
Rosénade
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 oz. Absolut Citron
5 oz. Wolffer Estate Rosé
2 basil leaves, ripped
1 lemon wedge
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. club soda
Directions
Muddle basil, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Next, fill the shaker with ice, and add the vodka and wine. Stir, and pour unstrained into a stemless wine glass. Finish it off by topping the cocktail with club soda, and garnish with a lemon wedge.
The Rosé Bouquet
Servings: 1
Ingredients
3 oz. rosé
1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
3 oz. ruby-red grapefruit juice
1 rosemary sprig
Directions
Fill lowball glass 3/4 full of ice, and build the ingredients over the top. Stir and serve with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig.
Rosé Sangria
Servings: 1 pitcher
Ingredients
1 bottle Dark Horse rosé
1 1/2 cups elderflower liqueur
1 pack raspberries
6 lemon wheels
6 grapefruit slices
1 bottle club soda
Directions
Combine the rosé, elderflower liqueur, raspberries, lemon wheels, and grapefruit slices into a pitcher, and refrigerate for one hour. Pour into wine glasses over ice, and top with club soda.
